Sometimes carriers are not so gentle with shipments. So if you encounter damaged items, you can request a refund or replacement of those items. Contact us within ten days of the date you received your shipment by sending an email to hello@snackbeast.com and following our refund verification process.

Since nearly all of our products are perishable food items, except in the case of damaged items, we are unable to return, refund or exchange any of the items or shipments.
